Participation Terms for Voting and Donation Widgets

Use of this widget is free of charge.

By participating, users may vote for nonprofit organizations or trigger donations within a campaign.

Donations are funded exclusively by participating companies or sponsors. Donations are voluntarily funded by partner companies and typically do not involve any additional cost for users.

References to partner companies are made solely within the context of a donation or fundraising campaign.

Donation processing is carried out through the charitable trust foundation Bcause One ("Buzz for good!"), which is recognized as a nonprofit organization and issues donation receipts.

impactBee provides only the technical platform used to operate the campaign and is not a donation recipient.

No legal entitlement to a donation exists. Donations may be subject to campaign budgets, time limits, or other conditions defined within the respective campaign.

In certain campaigns, a donation may be triggered if users purchase or use services or products from a partner company. Any contract regarding such services is concluded solely between the user and the partner company.

A nonprofit's participation in a campaign does not constitute an endorsement or advertisement of partner products or services. Participation in a campaign does not create a commercial partnership or business affiliation between the nonprofit and the partner company. The nonprofit remains fully independent in its activities, communications, and decision-making.

Users must not misuse the widget.
